Dynamis announces the release of its new protective adhesives, metal and epoxy coatings for the automobile and trucking industry. This line of epoxies is composed of metal filled mastic, 100% solids epoxy bonding compound, epoxy coating, epoxy resin and epoxy for fiberglass repair.

Dynapoxy New EPO Adhesive is specifically formulated to adhere to most common surfaces. This product is a unique epoxy resins in the industry as it has the capacity of repairing gas tanks and metal tanks, as well as car / truck radiators. In addition, the New EPO Adhesive is ideal for pipe and crankcase.

Dynamis automobile epoxy line includes the FR-3 Repair Kit designed to repair and reinforce rusted or damaged floor and trunk panels in antique automobiles. “As an antique car hobbyist, I noticed a lack of products to restore certain part of antique cars, either not adapted to the specific automobile parts or very costly. This is why we formulated a specific line of epoxy adhesives, resins and coatings that respond to every automobile needs“ says John Caramanian, President of Dynamis. The epoxy, adhesive and coating line includes many products that are easy to apply, chemical resistant, sagging free, and weather resistant. “We always innovate and our epoxy product line for the automobile and trucking industry is continually expending. We also offer custom formulation if products are not currently available” says Caramanian.

For additional information on Dynamis new line of epoxies for the automobile and trucking industry, contact Eric DeGrave / Nadia Vizza or visit www.dcdynamis.com. All epoxy products are user-friendly, no blush, no-sag, no shrinkage, corrosion resistant, fresh water and salt water

We highly recommend this resin for general purpose gluing applications where wet-out of fiberglass is not a consideration, and for all your filleting and fairing needs. FLAG Resin is a “medium” body resin specifically designed to perform as an adhesive and structural laminating foundation. The medium viscosity allows for the incorporation of fillers when fairing putties, gluing slurries and filleting systems are required. FLAG is more reactive than our Low Viscosity Resin when mixed with Medium Hardener. This keeps fillets and fairing from slumping. FLAG Resin is next day sandable when cured at 60 degrees F. and higher with Medium Hardener. West System #105 Epoxy Resin A Resin, Qt. . 105 Epoxy Resin: The key component in a wide variety of boatbuilding, restoration, and repair projects 105 Resin is the base material of the WEST SYSTEM family of products, on which all of the WEST SYSTEM compounds are built. The resin is a clear, light amber, low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin. Formulated for use with WEST SYSTEM hardeners, it can be cured in a wide temperature range to form a high-strength solid with excellent moisture resistance. It is designed specifically to wet out and bond with wood fiber, fiberglass, reinforcing fabrics and a variety of metals. An excellent adhesive, 105 will bridge gaps and fill voids when modified with WEST SYSTEM fillers and can be sanded and shaped when cured. With roller applications, it has excellent thin-film characteristics to flow out and self-level without “fisheyeing.” The resin cures clear so that you can achieve a natural finish when coating with varnish. It has a relatively high flash point and no strong solvent odor, making it safer to work with than polyesters. We strongly recommend the use of WEST SYSTEM dispenser pumps.

General Purpose Epoxy Resin Quart

General Purpose Epoxy Resin Quart

$35.94

General Purpose Epoxy Resin Quart A 100% solids, medium modulus epoxy system, that works well in 90% of all epoxy applications. It is great for wood construction and repair, gel coat blister repair, and general fiberglass work. Use at a simple 2:1 ratio with any of three hardeners – allowing excellent pot life and cure-time control. Can be used at temperatures as low as 35F with no limitations on humidity. When selecting a hardener, consider the minimum temperature expected during application and the required pot life. If required, a mixture of 2 hardeners will provide extra fine tuning for cure times. The medium-low viscosity of System Three General Purpose Epoxy allows for use as is for coating and fiberglass work. Combine with different fillers to make excellent adhesive, filleting and fairing compounds. A selection of hardeners provides complete control of pot life and cure times At 77 a 100 gm mixture using 1 Hardener will gel in 15 min. and be tack-free in 2 hours At 77 a 100 gm mixture using 2 Hardener will gel in 30 min. and be tack-free in 4-6 hours At 77 a 100 gm mixture using 3 Hardener will gel in 60 min. and be tack-free in 9 hours Color: amber
